When you are on the road and a customer calls to ask to change an invoice or quotation, or you have performed work and want to apply this to an invoice, it is desirable that you can do this immediately on the spot.
Fortunately, you can edit invoices or quotations via the mobile app.
Edit sales invoice or quotation
Open invoices or quotations
To edit an invoice, follow the steps below:
Choose Sales at the bottom of the menu;
To edit a quotation, follow the steps below:
Click More at the bottom right of the menu;
Choose Quotations;
Modify invoice or quotation
Then follow the steps below:
Swipe the line of the invoice or quotation you want to modify from right to left;
In the options that open, choose Modify;
Apply the changes to the quotation;
Save at the top right via ✔️.
