When you are on the road and a customer calls to ask to resend an invoice or quotation, it is desirable that you can do this immediately on the spot.
Fortunately, you can send invoices or quotations via the mobile app.
Send sales invoice or quotation
You can send invoices and quotations in 2 ways:
Send via the preview.
Send from the list.
Open invoices or quotations
To send an invoice, follow the steps below:
Choose Sales at the bottom of the menu;
To send a quotation, follow the steps below:
Click More at the bottom right of the menu;
Choose Quotations;
Send invoice or quotation via the preview
To send an invoice or quotation via the preview, follow the steps below:
Click on the line of the invoice or quotation you want to send;
The preview of the invoice or quotation opens;
Click the arrow at the top right to select an email address;
Select an email address and click the arrow at the top right to send the invoice or quotation;
Send invoice or quotation from the list
To send an invoice or quotation from the list, follow the steps below:
Swipe the line of the invoice or quotation you want to send from right to left;
In the options that open, choose Send;
Select an email address and click the arrow at the top right to send the invoice or quotation.
