How do I add relations via the mobile app?

When you are on the road and want to send a quotation but the contact is not yet in the administration, you want to be able to add it quickly. That is why it is possible to add relations in the mobile app.

Add a relation to the administration

In the mobile app, you can add relations in 2 ways:

  1. Manual entry

  2. Voice input

Add a relation manually

To manually add relations in the mobile app, follow the steps below:

  1. Click More at the bottom right;

  2. Choose Relations;

  3. Click the input icon at the top right;

  4. Enter all requested details;

    1. Click the magnifying glass to search the Chamber of Commerce register and automatically fill in the details known to the Chamber of Commerce;

  5. Choose βœ”οΈ at the top right to save the contact.

Add a contact via voice (AI)

To add contacts via voice in the mobile app, follow the steps below:

  1. Click More at the bottom right;

  2. Choose AI Assistant;

  3. Click the microphone to add the details via voice;

  4. Click the stop button when you are finished speaking the command;

  5. The AI assistant searches for the contact in the Chamber of Commerce register and automatically fills in the details known to the Chamber of Commerce.

  6. Choose βœ”οΈ at the top right to save the contact.

Important: To add a contact via voice, for example say:

  • Create a contact for Informer Online Nederland BV.

  • Create a contact for Informer Online Nederland. The address is Laan van Zuid Hoorn 60. The postal code is 2289 DE in Rijswijk. Enter the phone number as 085-12 34 567. The VAT number is NL855214569B01. Use [email protected] as the email address.
