Sometimes it is necessary or convenient to create a sales invoice on the spot.

Open invoice or quotation
To create an invoice, follow the steps below:
Choose Sales at the bottom of the menu;
To create a quotation, follow the steps below:
Click More at the bottom right of the menu;
Choose Quotations;
Create invoice or quotation
Then follow the steps below:
Click the input icon at the top right;
Fill in the requested details;
Fill in the invoice details:
Select a contact from the existing contacts. First add a new contact via Relations and then create the invoice or quotation;
Select a contact person from the existing contact persons of the selected contact;
Enter a reference. This is optional;
The number is determined when sending the invoice or quotation;
Enter the date of the invoice or quotation;
The due date is calculated based on the selected payment term;
Select the desired payment term;
Select Excluding VAT or Including VAT. If enabled, VAT reversed, Intra-EU supply, and Outside-EU supply are also available;
Click Add your first line to create an invoice or quotation line;
Fill in the requested details;
Choose βοΈ at the top right to save the invoice line;
Repeat this process for more invoice lines;
Optionally add a note. This is optional;
The footer text is filled in based on the payment term;
Select the template, the currency, and optionally add attachments;
Choose βοΈ at the top right to save the invoice.
