If you are often on the road, you do not always want to wait to enter hours until you are back home. Adding time registration on location is therefore an added value.

Create a project
Note: If you already have at least one ongoing project, you can go directly to Register hours.
Before you can book hours, there must be at least one ongoing project.
To create a project in the mobile app, follow the steps below:
Click More at the bottom right;
Choose Projects;
Click the input icon at the top right;
Enter all requested details;
Set the Status to Open to be able to book hours on the project;
Choose ✔️ at the top right to save the project.
Register hours
If there is at least one ongoing project, hours can be booked. To register hours in the mobile app, follow the steps below:
Click More at the bottom right;
Choose Time registration;
Click the input icon at the top right;
Enter all requested details;
To be able to invoice the hours, turn on the Billable toggle;
Choose ✔️ at the top right to save the time registration.
To set the Billable setting as active by default, go to the web version of Informer: Settings > Users > Open the user > Preferences and notifications tab > Enable the Billable toggle.
