How do I invoice my recorded hours?

If you work on an hourly basis as an entrepreneur, maintaining a proper time tracking system is essential. With InformerOnline, you can keep a complete and accurate record of your worked hours.

Once the work is completed, it's time to invoice the recorded hours. InformerOnline makes this process as easy as possible.

Invoicing Hours

To invoice the registered hours, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Time registration in the menu on the left;

  2. Select Projects;

  3. Open the To bill tab to view the projects that can be invoiced;

  4. Select the project(s) you wish to invoice by ticking the box next to them;

  5. Choose Select an Action and click on Create Invoice;

  6. Review the selected hours in the popup and modify them if necessary;

  7. Click Create Invoice to invoice the hours;

    1. The selected hours will now have the status Invoiced;

  8. You will be redirected to the Sales invoices page;

  9. A draft invoice for the selected hours has been created.

  10. Send the invoice to book in InformerOnline.
