The Workflow Dashboard in the Accountancy Portal provides accountants with a clear overview of tasks and deadlines for each administration. It helps you easily monitor and manage pending tasks across different clients.

The Workflow dashboard allows you to track document processing deadlines based on the following categories:

  • Today: The number of documents that must be processed by the end of today;

  • Within a week: Documents that need to be processed within the next seven days;

  • > 7 days: Documents that must be processed after more than seven days;

  • By the client: Documents that need to be processed by the client;

  • By the robot: Documents already processed by the automated system.

Bank

This section shows how many bank transactions need to be processed for each administration. You can click on a line to go directly to the relevant administration for further actions.

BTW aangifte

Here, you can track which VAT declarations are due for each administration, giving you a quick overview of upcoming tax obligations.

Questions

This feature allows you to manage and view the questions posted to clients. These are usually queries regarding documents or bank transactions. Click on a line to directly access the conversation or query post.

Processed documents

This section provides statistics on the documents processed over the past year, showing the total number of both purchase and sales invoices handled by you or the robot.

Statistics

The statistics section shows an overview of all processed documents and transactions, including:

  • Purchase processed: Documents handled manually or automatically by the robot.

  • Total bank transactions: Processed either manually or by the robot.

  • Administrations: The total number of administrations being managed in the portal.

  • Receipts processed: Total receipts processed.

  • Sales processed: Total sales invoices processed.

  • VAT declarations: Total number of VAT declarations submitted.

  • OCR scans: Number of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) scans completed.

  • Recognition Robot (UBL): Total number of UBL scans processed by the Recognition Robot.

Dashboard settings

In the settings section of the dashboard, you can customize the following for each administration:

  • Processing by accountant or client: Set who processes the documents (either you or the client).

  • Processing days: Specify the number of days needed to process this client's documents.

  • VAT Declaration: Set whether the VAT declaration is done through Informer or whether the client is VAT-exempt.

  • Client's VAT submission: Check if the client is allowed to submit their own VAT return.

  • Chat availability: Enable or disable the client's ability to use the Question Posts feature.

  • VAT date on dashboard: Set the date from which the first VAT return should be submitted.

  • Archive: Mark if the collaboration with the client has ended. The administration will no longer be billed by Informer, and you will no longer have access.
