In InformerOnline, you can have your purchase invoices provided with a UBL (Universal Business Language). A UBL is an XML file attached to the purchase invoice that contains the invoice data in a digital format. This allows InformerOnline to automatically recognize and correctly fill in all relevant fields.
If a UBL file is not already attached to the invoice, the RecognizeRobot will convert the invoice into a UBL format. Manually processing a UBL invoice is already fast, but combining a UBL invoice with the BookRobot significantly speeds up the process, as the invoice is processed automatically.
Thanks to the UBL conversion, Informer HerkenRobot achieves a 100% recognition rate for EUR invoices. This means all invoice data is accurately recognized and entered into the correct fields.
Informer RecognizeRobot
Activate the Informer RecognizeRobot
To activate the Informer RecognizeRobot, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;
Choose App store;
Look for the RecognizeRobot app and choose Activate;
Check Exclude receipts to use the Informer RecognizeRobot only for purchase invoices;
Click Activate to start using the RecognizeRobot

Using Informer HerkenRobot
The HerkenRobot works for all purchase invoices and receipts, whether they are emailed or uploaded. Once activated, the HerkenRobot will automatically scan and recognize all new incoming invoices and receipts. This helps streamline and automate the invoice processing workflow.
