With the automatic integration of Nmbrs, you can now easily import payroll journal entries into InformerOnline. However, the integration must be activated first. Here's a quick guide on how to set it up and get started.

Setting up the Nmbrs integration

Activate the integration in Nmbrs

To activate the integration in Nmbrs follow the steps below:

  1. In Nmbrs, go to the top-right corner and select User Profile;

  2. Click Activate API Account

  3. After clicking on API Token, a username and token will be displayed. Keep these handy for the next steps.

To ensure full functionality, the integration needs access to the following API calls: Journals_GetByRunCompany_v2 and List_GetALL.

Activate Nmbrs in Informer

  1. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;

  2. Choose App store;

  3. Look for the Nmbrs app and choose Activate;

  4. Enter the username and API token you received from Nmbrs;

  5. Input your unique Nmbrs domain (e.g., if the URL is informer.nmbrs.nl, your domain is Informer);

  6. The company ID will be automatically retreived based on the provided details. If not, double-check your input;

  7. Choose the preffered journal where payroll entries will be imported. Suggestions are already filled in;

  8. Save the settings to activate the Nmbrs module.
