By integrating with iDEAL, you offer your customers the option to easily pay InformerOnline invoices via internet banking. The payment instructions are automatically filled in, so the customer only needs to authorize the payment.
Activating MultiSafepay
iDEAL payments in InformerOnline are processed via Mollie, Sisow, or MultiSafepay.
With MultiSafepay, you are not tied to a subscription but pay per transaction. Regardless of the payment amount, a transaction fee of €0.29 excl. VAT is charged per transaction. To use iDEAL this way, you first need to create a MultiSafepay account.
To activate iDEAL via MultiSafepay in InformerOnline, go to Settings > App store.
Then select the MultiSafepay module and follow these steps:
MultiSafepay API key: Enter the API key that you can find in your MultiSafepay account.
Journal: Choose the journal where the payments should be registered.
Category: Choose the intermediary account where the payments are booked. This is typically 1233 - Kruispost MultiSafepay.
After filling in the required information, choose Activate.
The iDEAL integration with MultiSafepay is now activated. Your customers can now pay your invoices via iDEAL once the QR code is added to the invoice or the payment link is included in the email.
