Faster tax returns thanks to the integration between Nextens and Informer!

From now on, as a user of Nextens and InformerOnline, you can save time during the busy tax return periods.

To make good use of the integration between Informer and Nextens, it is essential that every general ledger account that has transactions is linked to an RGS code. Standard general ledger accounts in InformerOnline are automatically assigned an RGS code.

Once the RGS codes are correctly set, you can quickly export a "bridge statement" to import it into Nextens, so you no longer have to apply tax rules manually.

How Does the Integration Work?

Export bridge statement

In Nextens, you need to import the bridge statement from Informer. This bridge statement can be found under Overviews.

  • Go to Overviews > Bridge statement

  • Select the year for which you want toe export the bridge statement

  • Enable the toggle Download bridge statement as '.rgs' file.

  • Click on Generate bridge statement to export the bridge statement.

  • The generated bridge statement can now be uploaded into your Nextens account.

Important note:

If one or more general ledger accounts are not linked to an RGS code, a yellow notification will appear on the page. You can view the general ledger accounts that have transactions but are not linked to an RGS code by clicking on "View Overview." You can then make the necessary changes via Settings > General ledgers.

How to upload the file in Nextens?

The process for uploading the file into Nextens depends on the Nextens environment. If you have any questions about this, it's best to contact the Nextens helpdesk for assistance.
