How does the 'Rabobank Payment Requests' module work?

Informer, in collaboration with Rabobank, has developed the 'Payment Requests' feature. This allows Rabobank account holders to send invoices that include a payment request link, enabling customers to pay directly via iDEAL.

What’s the benefit of this feature?

With this new function, you can send a sales invoice along with a corresponding payment request directly to your customer, without needing any third-party services. Payments can be made securely and instantly via iDEAL, making the entire payment process smoother, safer, and faster.

How do I activate this feature?

To enable Rabobank payment requests, you must have an active automatic bank connection with Rabobank.

To activate the Rabobank payment requests module follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;

  2. Choose App store;

  3. Look for the Rabobank payment requests module and choose Activate;

  4. In the dropdown menu, select the Rabobank account for which you want to enable the payment requests functionality, and click Activate;

  5. The feature is now ready for use! Your customers can now pay directly through iDEAL by using the QR code on the invoice or the Pay Invoice link in the email.

This integration makes it incredibly easy for your customers to complete payments quickly and conveniently!
