If you bank with Rabobank, you can link your business account directly with your accounting system. This eliminates the need to manually download and upload bank transactions. Every morning (Tuesday to Saturday), your bank transactions will automatically sync with your accounting software. Rabobank does not charge extra for linking a business account, and Informer charges just €1 per linked account.
Note: Before linking your Rabobank account, ensure that your current bank transactions are up to date*!
*When you create the link, only transactions from the current date onwards will be imported. If, for example, you last updated your bank a month ago, past transactions from the last month will not be imported. Make sure to update your account first!
Note: If you have multiple Rabobank accounts across more than one Informer company, it’s currently not possible to link different accounts.
Set up the automatic Rabobank connection
To set up the automatic Rabobank connection, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;
Choose Bank links an click on New;
Select Your Account: In the dropdown menu under Select a Bank Account, choose the Rabobank account you want to link;
Choose Rabobank: In the Links dropdown, select Rabobank;
Proceed to Rabobank: Click the button to be redirected to Rabobank;
Log In: Log in using Rabobank Internet Banking or the Rabo app.
Review Service Info: Read the details about the "Rekeninginformatie ophalen" (Retrieve Account Information) service.
Select Accounts: Choose the account(s) you want to link.
Next Steps: Click Next and then Sign.
Return to Informer: After signing, you’ll be redirected back to Informer, where you'll see a list of the linked account(s).
