If you bank with ING, you can seamlessly link your business bank account with your online accounting system. No more manual downloading and uploading of bank transactions! Each morning, your transactions will automatically sync into your accounting software. Informer charges just €1 per linked account.
Important Note: Before linking your ING business account, ensure that your current bank transactions are up to date!
When you create the link, only transactions from the current date onwards will be imported. So, if you haven't updated your transactions for a month, those past transactions won't be included. Be sure to update your account first!
If your bank account isn’t yet in your accounting system, no worries. It will be added automatically to InformerOnline during the linking process.
Set up the automatic ING Bank connection
To set up the automatic ING Bank connection, follow the steps below:
Login to your Mijn ING Zakelijk;
Go to Service and choose Koppeling boekhoudpakket;
In the ING environment, you’ll be guided through the setup process;
Choose Informer as your accounting software under Selecteer uw boekhoudpakket, and click Aanvragen;
You’ll be redirected to the InformerOnline login page. Log in to InformerOnline;
Select the ING accounts you wish to link, click transacties, and confirm your choices;
You’ll be taken back to Mijn ING Zakelijk, where the accounts to be linked will be displayed;
Open the ING Mobile Banking App to confirm the link;
After confirmation, your bank link is set up!
