American Express transactions, just like regular bank accounts, can be imported into InformerOnline!

While only MT940 and CAMT.053 formats are supported for regular banks like Rabobank and ING, InformerOnline accepts a CSV file for American Express transactions. This is because American Express can only export in CSV format. This way, Informer has made it possible to use the BankRobot for American Express transactions as well, eliminating the need to manually enter the transactions.

To import American Express transactions, it's necessary to add American Express as a bank account. For this, select "Credit Card" under "Account Type" and "American Express" under "Card Issuer." Due to this selection, only CSV will be available under "Import Bank Files."

After adding American Express as a bank account, the CSV file can be imported in the usual way via Bank/Cash > Upload Bank Transactions.
