If the email address linked to your account changes, update it in your Web Banking app, to maintain up-to-date contact information.
To change the email address, follow the steps below:
Log in to the Swan Web Banking environment;
Select Members in the left-hand menu;
Select the member you want to update the email address for;
Select the Details tab
Update the email address in the 'Email' section and Save.
Your email address update is automatically saved, so no further action is needed after the fifth step.
