Note: The request to change the phone number must be made by you, the user and owner of the phone number. Swan won't accept requests from anyone else.
To change your phone number, follow the steps below:
Fill in the form to submit a request;
Make sure the request include the following information:
Email address: use the email address registered when you opened your account;
Subject line: choose a straightforward subject like "Request to Update Phone Number";
Phone number details: provide both your old and new phone numbers;
After submitting your request, you'll receive a link to verify your identity. Follow the instructions to confirm your identity and finalize the phone number change request.
After the verification process is complete, you'll receive an confirmation e-mail.
