How to Request a Name Change
To request a name change, follow the steps below:
Fill in the form to submit a request;
Ensure your request includes the following details:
Email address: Use the email registered with Inpaygo.
Subject: Choose a clear subject, such as "Request for Name Change."
Description: Provide a clear explanation and mention your new name.
Identification document: Attach a copy of an ID where the new name is visible.
Submit the request to start the change process.
Verification Process
β Does the new name match the name on the attached ID?
The name change will be processed, and you will be notified.
β Does the new name NOT match the name on the attached ID?
You will be asked to provide additional documents.
Submitting Additional Documents
In some cases, extra documents may be required, depending on the situation:

Marriage | The new ID document with both the previous and new names or, the new ID document + the wedding page of the family record book |
Gender change | The new ID document + a document from either the Civil Registrar or a judge, confirming the gender identity change. |
Common name | The new ID document with both the previous and new names + the birth certificate declaring the name change. |
