To download your account statement follow the steps below:
Log in to the Swan Web Banking environment.
In the left menu, select History.
Click on Bank Statements.
In the popup, select Custom and then New.
Enter a start date and end date for the transactions you want to export.
Select the export format: PDF or CSV.
Choose the desired language for the export.
Click Generate.
Click the external link icon to view or download the statement.
