How do I set up the basic information of my account?

An important part of the settings is correctly filling in โ€œMy Account.โ€ The fields to be completed in this section contain the necessary company details used for our internal administration. These cover the essential 'basic information' needed to get started with InformerOnline.

Setting up my account

To set up your account, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;

  2. Choose My account;

  3. Complete the requested information as thoroughly as possible;

  4. The Security Code is part of your login details. The security code is the same for every user within the account. Adjust it if you want to set a different security code;

  5. Save to apply the changes.

Note: These details are not used for generating invoices and quotes. You can adjust the settings for those as follows:

  • Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;

  • Open an administration to modify the invoice details;

  • Choose Save to apply the changes.

Subscription

View an overview of your subscription costs.

Invoices

See the invoices sent to your account by Informer.

Privacy

View and accept the data processing agreement.
