How Does the Trial Period Work?
When you create a new account, you automatically receive a trial period. During this time, you can test the package completely free of charge and without any obligation. This allows you to see if the package meets your accounting needs.
How Long Does the Trial Period Last?
The trial period initially lasts 30 days. As a new customer, you have 30 days to test Informer for free and without obligation. Before the 30 days expire, we will send you an email offering to extend the trial period by an additional 7 days. This way, you can use Informer for free for over a month!
Is your company less than 6 months old? Send the helpdesk an excerpt from your Chamber of Commerce registration and get Informer free for a full year!
Which Package Do I Have During the Trial Period?
During the trial period, you receive our most comprehensive package: MKB Plus. The functionalities within each package are the same. The only differences between the packages are the number of bank transactions that can be booked, the number of administrations, and the number of users.
What Happens After the Trial Period?
Once the trial period ends and you've decided to continue with Informer, you will need to choose a package. You can do this by clicking on the large blue "Activate" button. A popup will appear showing the available packages, along with their prices and information on what each package offers.
After choosing a package, you officially become a customer of Informer. On the first working day of each month, you will receive an invoice from us with the monthly costs.
