If you have an active (paid) Informer subscription, you will receive an invoice from us every month. This invoice is sent to the email address you provided under My Account.
If you have a valid PEPPOL registration, the invoice will not be sent via email but through PEPPOL and delivered directly to the linked administration.
However, it may happen that you miss an invoice. If so, follow the steps below to download the invoice(s).
Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;
Choose My account;
Open the tab Invoices;
You can find every invoice you received from Informer here!
