How can I chat with the helpdesk?
To chat with the helpdesk, click on the chat icon in the top right corner.
Clicking on the icon 'Chat' in the top row will open the chat screen.
Via "Send us a message," you can chat with the helpdesk.
Note: The helpdesk is only available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
