If you encounter issues within your account, the helpdesk will request permission to gain access. The helpdesk needs this access to view your administration and assist in resolving the problem.
Grant access
To grant permission for access to your administration follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;
Choose Security center;
Click Give Informer access to grant access to your administration;
Access will remain active for one month or until you manually revoke the permission.
Without access, Informer cannot access your account in any way, ensuring that your administrations are always secure.
