Tracking your mileage can be done in two ways: manually or automatically. For automatic trip logging, you can integrate with TrackJack.
By connecting to TrackJack, your vehicle’s device will communicate directly with Informer, automatically transferring your trips from the vehicle to the software.
Setting up TrackJack
Activate TrackJack module
Before activating, you'll need a TrackJack account.
Once that's ready follow the steps below:

Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;
Choose App store;
Look for the TrackJack app and choose Activate;
Enter your TrackJack username and password;
Set the Start period and Year from which you want to sync;
Save the settings to activate the TrackJack module.
Add your vehicle
Once TrackJack is linked, it's time to add your vehicle. To do so, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;
Choose Vehicles and click New to add your vehicle;
Enter the license plate. Ensure the lincense plate matches the one registered in TrackJack. If all caps in TrackJack, enter it that way in Informer.
Save the settings;
After saving, your vehicle will be linked to TrackJack and the status will show Connected to TrackJack: Yes.
Sync your rides
Once the connection is active, the rides can be synchronized.
To do so, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Rides in the left-hand menu;
Click Sync with TrackJack and Choose the period you want to sync.
The rides will load. This may take a moment before they appear.
