Overview of the InformerOnline App

When you log into the InformerOnline App with your credentials, you’ll arrive at the main screen, also known as the dashboard:

Dashboard

The data you see on the dashboard in the online version is also available here for easy access and review.

Contacts (also known as Relations)

Here, you’ll find all the contacts you've entered. From this section, you can send emails to clients or start a navigation route to their location.

Sales

This section displays all your entered sales invoices. When you click on an invoice, you can choose to edit, send, duplicate, credit, go to the contact, or delete it.

+ (Add Button)

This is where you can take a photo of a receipt or invoice. You can also use this option to create a new invoice or add a new contact.

Purchases (and receipts)

In this section, you’ll find all your uploaded purchase receipts and expenses.

Quotes (Offertes)

Here, you can see all your entered quotes. You can edit, send, duplicate, accept, or cancel a quote. It’s also possible to convert a quote into an invoice.

Additional Settings

When you swipe from right to left or click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the screen, the following menu will appear:

In this menu, you'll find previously mentioned options, as well as additional features such as:

  • Projects: Create and manage projects;

  • Time Tracking: Log hours worked on a project;

  • Products: Add and manage products;

  • Switch Administration: If you have more than one administration, you can switch between them here;

  • Security: Set up a PIN code for extra security.

With these functions, the InformerOnline App offers a comprehensive solution for managing your business activities directly from your mobile device.
