The main purpose of InformerOnline is to maintain a paperless administration.

Part of this is sending your invoices via e-mail. However, if you prefer, you can also download an invoice, for example, to send it by post.

To do this, click on "salesinvoices" in the menu on the left side and check the box next to the invoice you want to download. Then, choose "Download" from the "Select action" menu.

After this, the following window will appear.

If you download more than one invoice, the invoices will be downloaded in a zip file.

The download file will be saved in the "Downloads" folder on your computer.
