When issuing an invoice, you may need to add additional information to a specific line, such as a condition that applies only to the item directly above. Fortunately, an invoice line can also be used as an information line, allowing you to include such notes easily.

Displayed information lines on the pdf
The two options will appear differently on the PDF:
For the first option, where quantity and price are set to 0.00, both fields will display as Quantity: 0 and Price: 0.
For the second option, the line will only contain text, without any mention of quantities or prices.
This gives you flexibility to tailor your invoice to the specific needs of your client while ensuring clarity and professionalism.
