How do I change my customer's subscription?

You have the ability to change your customer's package. In the accounting portal, select "Clients" from the menu on the left.

You will now see a screen with all your linked customers. Select the customer for whom you want to change the package. This will take you to the company details screen.

Here, choose the "Administrations" tab. On the right side of the screen, you can click on the gear icon under "Edit."

In the screen that now appears, you can change the package at the bottom of the page.

After making the change, choose "Save" in the top right corner. The package for this customer has now been changed.
