It is possible to upgrade your package yourself if there is a need for it.
Note: Upgrading is only possible with an accounting package!
To upgrade the subscription, click the blue Upgrade button, located to the left of Hi, [name]. Then follow the steps below:
Select the desired package in the next window by clicking I want this package;
Agree to the terms and conditions and click Save;
The selected package will be activated and you can use it immediately.
Tip: With each package you can create a free user for the bookkeeper or accountant!
If you want to downgrade to a lower subscription than the one you currently use, please contact the helpdesk.
If you do not want to change the subscription but want to delete the account, follow the steps in the help item How do I delete my administration?
