It is possible to upgrade your package yourself if there is a need for it.
Note: Upgrading is only possible with an accounting package!
To upgrade your subscription, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;
Choose Bussines administrations;
Open the administration you want to upgrade;
Open the Advanced tab and click on the button Upgrade;
Select the subscription you want and click on the button Continue to activation;
Agree to the terms and conditions and click on Save;
The selected subscription will be selected. You can use it right away.
With each package, you can create a free user for your bookkeeper or accountant.
Do you want to upgrade to another package that you don't see available, or do you want to downgrade to a lower subscription? Then contact the helpdesk.
