How do I add a note to a relation?

A considerable amount of communication takes place with your business relations. For that reason, InformerOnline offers the ability to add notes at the relation level.

This allows you to centrally manage important notes, making them accessible to all authorized users.

To add a note to a contact, click on 'Relations' in the menu on the left. In the overview of contacts, select the relation to which you want to add a note.

Once the contact is opened, go to the 'Actions' tab and then click on the 'New Note' button.

After entering the note, click on the 'Save' button. Notes are saved with a timestamp and can always be edited or deleted later.
