How do I create a payment batch voor sales credit notes?

With Informer, handling your outstanding sales invoices has never been easier—just use a collection batch to automatically collect payments from your customers. But wouldn’t it be great if you could also pay outstanding sales credit notes to your customers just as easily? Now you can!

To create a payment batch for sales credit notes, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Sales in the left-hand menu;

  2. Check the credit notes you wish to include in the payment batch. (Note: Ensure these credit notes are set to the payment condition "Direct Debit").

  3. From the Select an Action dropdown, choose Payment Batch.

  4. Select the desired bank account from the dropdown and click Create Batch.

  5. Your batch is now created and ready for download.

  6. Go to Reports.

  7. Choose Batches.

  8. Select the batch(es) you want to download.

  9. From the Select an Action dropdown, click Download.

Now simply upload the batch file to your online banking environment, and let the payments take care of themselves!
