If you have a question and want assistance from the Informer staff, you have the option to start a chat. With an average response time of 5 minutes, the helpdesk is always ready to assist you quickly!
How can I chat with the helpdesk?
To start a chat, follow the steps below:
- Click on the lightbulb icon  in the top right corner; in the top right corner;
- From the menu, select Chat (located in the middle of the top row); 
- Click on Send us a message to initiate a chat with the helpdesk. 
Note: The helpdesk is only available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
