If you have a question and want assistance from the Informer staff, you have the option to start a chat. With an average response time of 5 minutes, the helpdesk is always ready to assist you quickly!

How can I chat with the helpdesk?

To start a chat, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the chat bubble with a question mark () at the top right;

  2. The chat program will open.

  3. Click Send us a message to start a chat with the helpdesk.

Note: The human helpdesk is available per chat and e-mail on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. You can always chat with our AI agent.
