How can I chat with the helpdesk?
To start a chat, follow the steps below:
Click on the lightbulb icon
in the top right corner;From the menu, select Chat (located in the middle of the top row);
Click on Send us a message to initiate a chat with the helpdesk.
Note: The helpdesk is only available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
