How do I delete my administration?

If you no longer wish to use an administration, or you want to stop with your account, you can choose to delete it.

Informer has no cancellation period, so you can stop at any time.

If you have only 1 administration, you immediately delete your account if you choose for deleting the administration.

Deleting an administration

You are required to retain records for at least 7 years. You must therefore download all invoices and other data to comply with the retention obligation.

  • Download sales invoices in PDF via Sales > Invoices;

    • Set the page size to 500 at the bottom right to download 500 invoices at a time.

  • Download purchase invoices in PDF via Expenses > Invoices;

    • Set the page size to 500 at the bottom right to download 500 invoices at a time.

  • Download receipts in PDF via Expenses > Receipts;

    • Set the page size to 500 at the bottom right to download 500 receipts at a time.

  • Download reports in PDF or Excel, such as the Balance Sheet, via Overviews;

After generating the reports, they can be downloaded via Overviews > Downloads.

Note: After deletion, the administration will no longer be accessible. If you have only one administration, the entire account will be blocked immediately after deletion.

To delete your administration, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;

  2. Go to Business administrations;

  3. Open the administration you want to delete;

  4. Click on the tab Advanced;

  5. Choose down the page Delete administration;

  6. Fill in your password and choose Delete;

  7. The administration is now deleted.
