If you want to undo an administration, there are two ways to do this.
Start again
Reset database
Note: This functionality is only available during the trial period!
With "Start again," all data is retained except for company details, settings, contacts, and products.
With "Reset database," the entire administration is cleared, including the above data.
Resetting Administration
Start again
"Start again" means that company details, settings, contacts, and products are retained, but all documents (invoices and quotations) are deleted.
Resetting an administration in this way can be useful if you first "played around" with InformerOnline to get to know the software better. After starting over, you can begin for real without having to re-enter all your administration data.
To reset your administration, click on "Settings" in the menu on the left and then under "General," click on "Business administrations."
In the overview of administrations, select the administration you want to reset by clicking on it.
The administration will automatically open in the "Company Details" tab. Click on the "Advanced" tab and then on the "Start again" button.
In the pop-up window, enter your password and click on "Reset database." Your administration is now reset.
Reset database
Resetting means that all data will be deleted.
To reset your administration, click on "Settings" in the menu on the left and then under "General," click on "Business administrations."
In the overview of administrations, select the administration you want to reset by clicking on it.
The administration will automatically open in the "name and address" tab. Click on the "Advanced" tab and then on the "Reset database" button.
In the pop-up window, you will be asked to select an account scheme. Once you have selected the account scheme, enter your password and click on "Reset Database." Your administration is now reset.
You can also choose to delete the administration. In that case, the entire administration will be removed.
