It’s possible that you start using InformerOnline halfway through the year and have already submitted one or more VAT declarations. Or perhaps you simply prefer not to use the digital submission of the VAT declaration.
In such cases, you can mark the VAT declarations in InformerOnline as submitted. This way, the system will treat the returns as submitted, even if they haven't been digitally sent through InformerOnline.
To mark the declarations as submitted follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings;
Choose Accounting settings;
Select in the dropdown VAT declaration for I DON'T make my VAT declaration via Informeronline.
When this setting is chosen, the VAT declaration/tax returns will not have a "Submit" button but instead will show a "Mark as sent" button. The system will not actually sent the return but will treat it as if it has been submitted.
