How do I add my accountant or bookkeeper?

You want to keep as much control over your numbers as possible, so you manage the bookkeeping yourself wherever you can. However, it's always wise to have an accountant, bookkeeper, or advisor available for questions about specific entries or accounting rules.

Informer offers the option to create a free user account for your accountant, bookkeeper, or advisor, so you don't incur extra costs.

To create an account for your accountant, bookkeeper, or advisor, you can send an invitation via the dashboard widget "Invite your accountant." After the invitation is sent, the system automatically creates a free accountant user account.

This widget is only available if there isn't already a user with the type "Accountant" in the system. If you accidentally entered incorrect information while inviting and the widget has disappeared, delete the automatically created user to make the widget available again.

If the accountant, bookkeeper, or advisor already has an account with Informer, it is possible to link the administration to their existing account. This way, the accountant can manage all clients under one login.
