Order your physical card
To order your physical card, follow the steps below:
Log in to the Swan Web Banking environment;
Select Cards in the left-hand menu and click Create your first card;
Select Virtual and Physical and click Next;
Enter the card name (optional);
Set the authorized spending limit, and the rolling period:
24 hours rolling (Daily)
7 days rolling (Weekly)
30 days rolling (Monthly)
Select the card settings and permissions;
Online payments: Allow payments on eCommerce websites and apps;
Non-euro transactions: Allow transactions in other currencies, such as dollar or yen;
Withdrawal: Allow withdrawals at ATMs;
International transactions: Allow transactions outside of your country of residence;
Verify that the address you provided when you opened your account is the correct delivery address for your card. Click Change if you need to update the address.
After confirming your address, click Next to finalize your card order.
