Your physical card has been requested
Once your physical card has been requested, it will take between 1 and a maximum of 3 weeks for you to receive it.
What if something goes wrong?
It takes longer than 3 weeks
If you have not received your physical card after 3 weeks, you can report this to Swan's support team.
The card could not be delivered
If the physical card cannot be delivered, it will be canceled and returned to Swan. You will receive a notification from Swan about this.
