How do I delete or (de)archive a bank robot?

As an entrepreneur, you want to keep your administration well organized.

Automatically processing your bank transactions is part of that.

With a created bank robot, you can automatically post transactions for which you do not have an invoice or receipt, such as salary costs.

Sometimes, for whatever reason, you may want the bank robot to stop running. In that case, you can delete or archive the bank robot.

How do I delete a bank robot?

To delete a bank robot, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings in the menu on the left;

  2. Choose Bank robot;

  3. Select the bank robot(s) you want to delete;

  4. Choose Select an action;

  5. Click Delete;

  6. Choose Delete in the popup to delete the bank robot(s).

Note: You can only delete a bank robot if it has not been used before.

How do I (de)archive a bank robot?

If a bank robot has been used before, it cannot be deleted. In that case, you can archive the bank robot.

To archive a bank robot, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings in the menu on the left;

  2. Choose Bank robot;

  3. Select the bank robot(s) you want to archive;

  4. Choose Select an action;

  5. Click Archive / unarchive;

  6. Choose Continue in the popup to archive the bank robot(s).

Once archived, the bank robot will disappear from the All tab and will only be visible in the Archived tab.

To unarchive an archived bank robot, click the Archived tab and follow the steps above.
