As an entrepreneur, you want to keep your administration well organized. An up-to-date product list is part of that. After all, you do not want to see products that you no longer sell.
How do I delete a product?
To delete a product, follow the steps below:
Go to Products in the menu on the left;
Select the product(s) you want to delete;
Choose Select an action;
Click Delete;
Choose Delete in the popup to delete the product(s).
Note: You can only delete a product if it has not been used on documents such as invoices.
How do I (de)archive a product?
If a product has been used on documents such as invoices, it cannot be deleted. In that case, you can archive the product.
To archive a product, follow the steps below:
Go to Products in the menu on the left;
Select the product(s) you want to archive;
Choose Select an action;
Click Archive / unarchive;
Choose Continue in the popup to archive the product(s).
Once archived, the product will disappear from the All tab and will only be visible in the Archived tab.
To unarchive an archived product, click the Archived tab and follow the steps above.
