International transfers are transfers in a non-euro currency or outside the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) zone. This article guides you through the process of making an international transfer.
Note: You can only make a transfer if you are a member and have permission to initiate payments.
Steps to send an international transfer
To send an international transfer, follow the steps below:
Log in via the Web Banking environment of Informer Money;
Click Transfer in the menu on the left and then click New transfer at the top right;
Choose International transfer;
Enter the amount and click Continue;
Your money will be converted into the recipient’s currency based on the current exchange rate. Additional fees will be charged.
Enter the name of the beneficiary, select the available beneficiary account details, and indicate whether the recipient type is a person or a business.
Enter the name of the beneficiary exactly as shown in their bank details.
Individuals: use the full first and last name.
Businesses: use the legal name of the business as stated in the bank details.
Enter the beneficiary’s account details and select the Account type.
Enter the beneficiary’s address details.
Enter a Transfer reference and click Continue.
A transfer reference will appear on both your bank statements and the beneficiary’s, allowing you to easily recognize and track your transaction.
Using your mobile device, you must authorize the processing of your transfer.
