Outgoing direct debit
With Informer Money, it is unfortunately not possible to collect funds automatically from your customers. Outgoing direct debit is not supported.
Incoming direct debit
Suppliers can automatically collect funds from you. The debtor (you) authorizes another account to withdraw an authorized amount from your payment account.
There are 2 types of direct debit possible:
Business-to-Consumer (B2C): Agreement between a business and an individual in Euro.
Business-to-Business (B2B): Agreement between two businesses in Euro.
For a B2C direct debit, no authorization is required. Because Informer Money only supports business accounts, this is never applicable.
For a B2B direct debit, a signed authorization form is required.
Submitting a B2B authorization
Your B2B authorization can be submitted by the legal representative of your company, or a member with permission to initiate payments.
Choose one of the following options to submit your B2B authorization:
Upload it directly to your Web Banking interface if possible.
Submit a request to Swan Support in your Web Banking app. Make sure to attach your authorization.
You will receive a request to validate the authorization and will be notified when it is active.
Requirements for the B2B authorization form
Your B2B authorization form must contain the following information:
Title: the form must specify a business-to-business direct debit authorization.
Authorization reference: a unique identification code to track your financial agreement.
Debtor: company name, registered address, registration number, and relevant company details.
Bank account details: bank account number and bank identification code (BIC).
Creditor: name, address, and business identification number of the merchant.
Type of payment: frequency of the payments, such as recurring or one-off.
Date and location: when and where the direct debit authorization form was signed.
Signature: consent for the direct debit.
