If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times at an ATM or in a store, your card will be blocked. You can unblock your card 24 hours after your last incorrect PIN entry.
This card block only applies to your physical card; you can still use your virtual card.
Unblock card
To unblock your card, follow the steps below:
Log in via the Web Banking environment of Informer Money;
Choose Cards from the menu on the left;
Select the Physical card tab;
Click Unblock below the image of your card;
You will receive a message that you need to give authorization via the phone with the phone number registered for your account;
After your card has been unblocked, click View PIN to see your PIN code;
To complete unblocking your card and reset your PIN code, you must insert the card into an ATM and enter the correct PIN code. It is not necessary to withdraw cash.
