You might want to include an introductory text when sending, for example, a quotation. This could be an explanation about the prepared quotation or information about the procedure.
In that case, you can add a front cover or a back cover to the layout. This way, an extra page is added before or after the layout where you can include your information.
To set up a cover front cover or a back cover in your layout, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;
Choose Layout editor;
Open the desired layout;
In the top left corner, click on the second icon Settings;
Activate the toggle switch for Use front/back cover;
Choose the desired position from the dropdown menu:
Cover sheet;
Back cover;
Save to use the front cover or back cover;
To use the front cover or back cover follow the steps below:
Open, above the layout, the dropdown with the name of the layout;
Select the Use cover page or back cover at the top;
The cover sheet or back cover will now display with the remarks section.
Note: The selected layout will automatically include a front cover or a back cover, even if no information is entered in the remarks.
