It can sometimes happen that a relation appears twice in the system by accident. Because it is written slightly differently, the previously created contact may be overlooked.
That’s why it’s useful to know that in InformerOnline, relations can be merged.
To merge 2 relations follow the steps below:
Navigate to Relations in the left-hand menu;
Select the two relations you want to merge;
Choose Select an action;
Choose Merge;
Click in the popup the relation you want to keep and choose Merge;
The relations (with all the documents) are merged now.
