It can sometimes happen that a relation appears twice in the system by accident. Because it is written slightly differently, the previously created contact may be overlooked.
That’s why it’s useful to know that in InformerOnline, relations can be merged.
To do this, click on relations in the menu on the left side. In the list of relations, select the relations you want to merge by clicking the box in front of the name.
Once they are selected, click on the merge icon at the top.
In the next screen, you will see the relations you want to merge. Click on the relation you wish to keep. All documents from the other relation will then be transferred to this relation, and the other relation will be deleted.
If you are sure that you want to merge the relation this way, click the “Merge” button.
