How can I send a SEPA transfer?

A SEPA transfer (SEPA Credit Transfer, SCT) is a simple way to send money between accounts within the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). This article guides you through the process of making a regular SEPA transfer.

Only members with permission to make payments can send a SEPA transfer.

Send a SEPA transfer

To send a regular SEPA transfer, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in via the Web Banking environment of Informer Money;

  2. Go to Transfer in the menu on the left;

  3. Click + New transfer;

  4. Choose Transfer;

  5. Enter the name and IBAN of the beneficiary and click Continue;

  6. Enter the details of the transfer, such as the amount, the custom label, and the reference (optional), and then click Continue;

  7. Schedule your transfer by choosing a Date:

    1. Choose Today (a) for a normal SEPA transfer, and click Continue.

    2. Choose Later (b) and set a date and time to schedule your SEPA transfer for a specific date, and click Continue;

  8. Authorize the processing of your transfer using your mobile device.

  9. You will receive a notification that your request was successful and that your transfer is being processed.
