InformerOnline has made processing bank transactions as easy as possible.

The deposits and withdrawals are displayed clearly, saving a lot of time.

Note: This functionality is not available for Accountancy - Invoicing packages. In that case, your advisor will need to process the transactions.

Would you like to handle this yourself? Discuss with your accountant whether upgrading your subscription is an option.

Linking a bank transaction

Bank transaction explanation

To register the payment, you will first need to upload the bank transactions. Uploading bank transactions can be done fully automatically by using the automatic bank feed! If you'd prefer to upload the transactions yourself, that's no problem at all.

Types of Labels

Bank transactions can have three different labels: gray, green, and blue.

Each label has its own meaning:

  • Gray: A gray label with the status To be processed means that the transaction has not yet been processed.

  • Green: A green label with the status Processed means that the transaction has been manually processed.

  • Blue: A blue label with the status BankRobot means that the transaction has been automatically processed. This indicates that InformerOnline has automatically matched the bank transaction with an invoice.

Linking a bank transaction

To link a bank transaction, follow these steps:

  1. In the menu on the left, go to Bank/Cash;

  2. Find a transaction with a gray label and open it;

  3. Use the tabs to find the corresponding invoice or receipt, or manually select a general ledger account under Category;

  4. Click Save to process the payment;

  5. The label of the transaction will change from gray to green.
