In Informer, it’s not possible to directly post transactions between bank accounts.
Transfer between checking accounts and saving account
If you have a checking account and a savings account linked to ledger accounts 1100 and 1110 respectively, you cannot post directly from the checking account to 1110, nor from the savings account to 1100.
Book the transfer between checking accounts and saving accounts
To record transfers between your checking and savings account (or vice versa), you need to use a suspense account: 1200 - Kruisposten.
Post the withdrawal from the checking account to the savings account to 1200 - Kruisposten and also post the deposit in your savings account to 1200 - Kruisposten.
Similarly, you cannot directly post from the bank to the cash book or vice versa.
