Data migration with the Informer API
The Informer API can be used to migrate data from another system to Informer. This includes, for example, contacts, products, invoices, journal entries and bank transactions. Follow these steps for a successful migration:
Determine the data to be migrated: Identify which data you want to transfer.
Use the relevant API endpoints: Import the data in the correct order via the API.
Validate the results: After the import, check whether balances and reports have been transferred correctly.

Creating an API Key
To use the Informer API, an API key must first be generated. API keys can be created to connect with different platforms. To do so, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings;
Choose API keys and click on New;
